They took all these suggestions from Rx posters about how to make their website better, etc.. never did a damn thing. Still .20 lines, still time outs, still cocky kids dropping big names like "Paulie Shore" as though that has anything to do with the type of book they are.

Will be bashing this book to NO END.

Was going to reload today (they have beaten me for over $500 in the past 1-2 months). The guy tells me that because I took a $300 withdrawal last week (slow pay) then I am not entitled to any bonus. Ok, they are still up money on me..not like they covered withdrawal fees.

My point being that they should mention this where they advertise it.

Called up Justin last week in the PM and he told me that he can have a WU done anytime within 5 minutes...which sounds about right because that is about how long it takes me. That is what I like to hear, something that sounds reasonable..like "5 minutes." I never understood these companies that take all day to get the MTCN, ridiculous.

Anyway, I call back the next day right in the middle of the day and Peter tells me that all of the accounting people are gone and Justin is gone and he is incapable of doing a Western U. I call back later in the day, same situation..

I finally speak to Justin in the evening and he tells me that he will "put it in line" for tomorrow. I call back the following day and I immediately get put on hold for 15 minutes. For those of you who don't know, this is but one of the many ways that a sportsbook will try to hold onto your money...no matter how little it is. They want ALL the money for themselves...sad but true and VERY sad to have to report this about a book that I said good things about.

After 15 minutes of being on hold, I finally get hung up on. I call back and get the run around all over again. It is not until the following day, late in the afternoon, that I FINALLY get my $300 WU that Justin promised would be done in five mins. A LOT of run around, being put on hold, etc... Oh, funny thing that I forgot to mention. Inititally, he tells me $39 which is fine. After Justin makes the transfer, and after it has already CLEARLY been a slow pay runaround he says 'By the way, I told you that it cost $39 but it actually cost $40..so we charged you an extra dollar." What an IDIOT!!! The guy has ZERO business sense...goes without saying.

Don't reccomend this book to anyone..

must say this comes as a surprise to me....i have always gotten my control number the same day i call, and a couple times i wanted it early, cuz i was going out, they got it for me.....

i have withdrawn money when i wanted it, and then re-upped, and always gotten the bonus...of course i have to meet the rollover, but have never not been given the bonus.......

I personally tell everyone to boycott ANY sportsbook that deals a 20 cent line in bases.

Let me start by saying that if I had been here this would not have happened. (the bonus not being an option) We just implemented a new rule that protects us from people taking MULTIPLE withdrawels and then sending them back in for NEW bonus funds. What happenes is people keep resending funds and getting more and more bonus dollars. So we said if someone takes a payout then they cant get a bonus on that amount for one month. Unless they send more than the amount. Then they would get a bonus on that amount. THIS RULE MAKES PERFECT SENSE. However in this guys case he could have been given a warning and still gotten his bonus this time. For that I apologize.

As far as BHB slowpaying him. First of all, if he was really concerned about a slow pay why would he be reposting with us. secondly why so upset about his bonus, a bonus doesnt matter if there is a genuine concern about a books cash flow. Furthermore, as it was explained to me he requested a payout AFTER payout hours. That means his payout will be processed the following day. Come on, is that a "slow pay". I think NOT. A slow pay is when you get a run around day after day, then they pay you half the amount and you wait a week to get the rest. What a joke that accusation is. and again, if he was really concerned why is he reposting. his payout was processed WITHIN 24 hours.

As far as the accusations against justin regarding telling the customer to "phuck off". NOT A CHANCE. Justin is one of my best friends and know i would beat him senseless if he talked to a customer like that. Even if it IS a customer who spend in excess of 30 minutes on the phone with him explaining the payout/bonus rule over and over.

Then the customer "THREATENS" to post on the rx. justin say ok, that is your right, and we WILL respond. Then like so many times in the past, an upset customer (who cant understand the rules, or even the logic behind them)blows a situation out of proportion and makes false accusations. Then the "haters" jump on the bandwagon and here we are.

Ham and eggs in your specific case you were not trying to take advantage. therefore once i got in I WOULD have made an exception for you. HOWEVER, since you decided to take the matter public and include multiple FALSE accusations regarding both payouts and the way you were spoken too, you will recieve no bonus. unless you send more than 300.

also please keep in mind that the customer did NOT send the funds and then we said no bonus. WE TOLD HIM IN ADVANCE.

the fact that you would name this thread what you did shows how much you are blowing this out of proportion. IT IS SIMPLE. you WERE NOT SLOW PAID. you were paid the following day. ONLY because you requested AFTER hours.

YOU WERE NOT STIFFED. What are you talking about. We told you before you sent funds that you wouldnt recieve a BONUS.

so where exactly is the "stiff"

YOU WERE NOT SLOWPAID, ask around and see if people consider getting funds the following day a "slow pay".

And as far as bonus rules, this rule goes without saying. NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU A BONUS IF YOU KEEP RESENDING THE SAME FUNDS OVER AND OVER. Since we pick up the fees when you send to us, do the math.
